In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Vizient’s Clinical Data Base analytical tool. You will drive success through enabling and empowering member organizations to realize measurable, sustainable improvements in their process improvement. You will establish, maintain and deliver education and training programs in a variety of formats for our hospital organization members.
•Build and manage ongoing business relationships related to Vizient's Clinical Data Base.
•Facilitate member calls and in-person meetings, present to senior level members, and foster relationships with member executive teams.
•Provide support of analytical products. This includes resolution of member inquiries, monitoring trends, providing feedback to development teams, creating job aides and educating customer service support staff to optimize first call resolution for clinical products.
•Maintain and share business and technical expertise across the organization with Client Executives, Performance Improvement Advisors, Data Intake, Information Technology, Sales and other teams. Collaborate with Product Strategy and Management teams on collecting Voice of the Customer feedback for potential enhancements.
•Ensure members have a successful customer service experience with products including data on-boarding, access management, training, and coordination with sales, advisory support and consulting.
Relevant degree preferred. Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related discipline highly preferred.
5 or more years experience in a clinical healthcare position involving operations management, quality data/informatics or patient-facing role (nursing, pharmacy, therapist, etc.).
Experience presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions.
Healthcare software implementation and training experience (EPIC, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) desired.
Experience with quality data and performance improvement initiatives or projects desired.
Willingness to travel.
