The Senior Manager, Compliance Training & Communications is responsible for enhancing the culture of ethics and compliance at Edwards by planning, implementing and managing effective and engaging global training, communications and policy management programs through partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Develop, manage and evaluate existing global ethics and compliance annual training plan. Create innovative compliance training solutions, including video content, virtual training and other mechanisms tailored to Edwards employees' responsibilities and oversight. Partner with external vendors to source training materials
Develop and manage strategy to convey consistent ethics and compliance communications and awareness. Develop engaging company-wide and role-based content to be used by the global E&C team to facilitate the creation of regional messages across different platforms, including website, email, social media, and print media (e.g., brochures, newsletters, and presentations)
Create innovative communications and training tools for managers to incorporate compliance messages into regional, functional and business communications
Craft and design resources and user self-help tools to increase understanding of ethics & compliance risks, policies and best practices (e.g., quick reference guides, job aids, FAQs, posters, infographics, etc.). Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to global compliance policies
Assess existing as well as develop new tools and processes related to training, communication and policy management/awareness
Establish metrics and reporting to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of Corporate/Global Compliance training and communications programs and Compliance intranet site and associated resources in collaboration with E&C team
Ensure that compliance training and communications records are tracked, maintained and archived
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
12 years of proven project management and vendor management experience in a related field required
5-7 plus years of experience in compliance and ethics field, communication and training, preferably in healthcare.
Recognized as an expert in developing training and communications plans and content with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
Proven expertise in MS Office; Adobe reader/writer, and SharePoint (for department page on One Edwards) preferred. Knowledge of Word Press preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Ability to convey corporate messages in creative formats which support learning and adherence to a diverse and global employee base.
Skilled at driving, developing and managing programs in collaboration with others.
