Riley Children's Hospital at Indiana University Health is looking for a Quality Director with a proven track record of improving outcomes and leading through influence. This role will be a collaborator with nursing leaders, medical staff leaders, infection prevention, and front line team members to create a culture of safety for our patients and family members. Facilitate organization-wide learning on the part of leaders, clinicians, trainees, and staff; and facilitate individual improvements required for the safest possible health care. Responsible for process improvement and implementation for strategic initiatives within quality and safety.
DNP or PhD preferred.
Requires current licensure in the State of Indiana; or eligibility for such licensure.
Requires Master's degree in Nursing or other healthcare field.
Requires progressive clinical and administrative experience.
Certification or training in quality improvement methodologies preferred.
