Cintas is seeking a Compliance Manager - First Aid and Safety (FAS). Responsibilities include overseeing compliance for the First Aid and Safety business unit; identifying areas of most significant FAS compliance risk; developing compliance programs; assuring execution of FAS compliance programs; demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. FAS compliance responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Safety, Licensing, Hazardous Waste, Recalls/Withdrawals/Corrections, Complaints, Policies/Procedures, Risk, Training, Auditing and Monitoring relevant federal, state and local laws.
4-year Bachelor of Science Degree or post-secondary diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Database Systems and intranet/internet
Minimum of 5 years' experience and knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical device regulations (FDA, Health Canada), etc.)
Experience managing inspections and remediations (483, Warning Letter) of pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing facilities both domestically and/or internationally
Strong investigative and database research skills, including knowledgte of industry databases/tools
Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills
