You will be a integrated member of a interdisciplinary healthcare team working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, department managers and senior leadership to coordinate system wide quality initiatives likes hospital transformation program, patient safety and patient experience. This will include developing or modifying and implementing these programs. You will help to aggregate and format data to share with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
1. Education Bachelors degree or better 2. Licenses Active clinical license required. Example: RN, PT, ST or OT license 3. Certifications Certificate in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. 4. Experience Minimum of three years clinical experience. One year Quality experience.
Data management experience with an emphasis on data collection, tabulation and aggregation preferred.
