Job Summary: The Regional Executive Director of Clinical Operations provides strategic leadership, direction and develops patient safety initiatives for the Central Florida Division â“ North Region in collaboration with the clinical executive teams. Leads execution of key strategies to achieve regional clinical performance goals. The scope of work includes Risk Management, Quality, Infection Prevention, Regulatory, Physician Peer Review, Patient Safety Organization, Data Analytics, Performance Improvement and Accreditation. Oversees system policies, procedures, strategies and objectives specific to the region priorities. Promotes and enhances relationships which are built on a high degree of trust, effective communication, teamwork and mutual respect. Serves as the advisor and primary point of contact to regional leadership, facility executive teams/medical staff, and committees to accomplish clinical standardization, patient safety, risk management and evidence-based practice initiatives.
