We currently have a full-time opportunity available for a Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our Quality and Accreditation Team. Reporting to the Manager of Quality & Accreditation, the successful candidate will assume an active role in managing and facilitating the hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program. Responsibilities include assisting with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects to improve the patient experience; facilitating problem solving and developing positive working relationships at all levels (line staff, management, executive leaders); presenting data in a clear and concise report format; collaborating with Marketing for external communication of quality excellence initiatives and metrics. Requires healthcare experience with quality improvement or outcomes related projects; knowledge of process or performance improvement basics; experience with basic computer skills; working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems; and healthcare experience in a professional clinical role. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of pediatric experience.
