Qualifications Include:

• At least eight years of data analysis experience
• At least eight years of experience working with MS Excel
• At least five years of health care related analytical consulting experience
• A bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in a directly related field with a high school diploma or  GED
• Senior project management experience with HEDIS HP project management from NCQA application to HEDIS external audit to HEDIS submission  
• Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of multiple large databases or data warehouses
• Proven leadership in consulting and successful project management
• The ability to exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and be results oriented
• Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and the ability to work within a team
• The ability to express complex analytical and technical information to senior management or to audiences with clinical training
• An independent self-starter with familiarity with HEDIS
• Broad familiarity with medical practices, especially population care management and process and outcomes measurement
• The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• At least three years of project management experience preferred
• At least three years of experience in a leadership position preferred
• Experience in producing or auditing HEDIS is strongly preferred
• Experience with Medicaid reporting and Medicaid HEDIS submissions preferred
• A master’s degree in economics, finance, health care administration, public health administration, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a related field preferred
• Microsoft Access knowledge/skills strongly preferred
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills preferred
