The Director, Quality and Infection Control works collaboratively throughout our organization to design and optimize quality and patient safety programs in order to achieve organizational goals and help us provide the best care possible for the communities we serve. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director will work closely with the Medical Director of Quality, department leaders, physicians, and front line caregivers to develop shared plans to better utilize metrics, create cascading scorecards, improve communication, and spread a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Cooley Dickinson Health Care system.
