Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Responsible for the development and coordination of programs and systems to monitor, evaluate and improve clinical services, patient care and regulatory compliance in member facilities. Serve as in-house clinical advisor and resource for staff and members. Position requires the individual to have a nursing degree, a license as a registered nurse with five or more years of experience in long-term care nursing, preferably in a management role. Must have working knowledge of nursing home regulations, clinical practice and quality programs.
