The Director of Risk and Quality Management (RQM), in cooperation with Patient Services and Compliance Leadership, is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing RQM activities for Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri (PPSLRSWMO). These activities may include, development and execution of the quality annual work plan, oversight of clinical and compliance audits, monitoring of infection prevention program, and responsibility as liaison to other credentialing bodies such as CLIA, OSHA, APIC. This role is an integral part of the organization wide quality and compliance program with particular expertise in clinical and patient services.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university plus 4 years of experience in a healthcare environment (clinical, research, administrative), preferably OBGYN or Family Planning, OR 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Project Management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Excellent Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graduate degree in public health, business, nursing or a related field required.
Experience in an ambulatory healthcare environment
