You Will Be Responsible For:
Reviews, analyzes, and interprets quality metrics and measures using a variety of data analysis techniques
Payor perception management- insurance portal management, value-based care
Designs, develops, implements, and maintains clinical quality reporting including the Quality Dashboard
Implements monitoring programs to provide feedback to providers on physician initiatives
Supports providers with physician initiatives, including closing care gaps, completing CDI forms, and assisting with PHSO measures up to and including patient calls to gather information
Responsible for successful completion of metrics teaming up with providers and staff to ensure the incentive metrics are met for specific insurance contract
Participates with Quality Management activities to improve processes and patient care
Works with all physicians and practice management to educate on policies/procedures and process workflows to ensure consistency with clinical information system functionality and quality programs
Works synergistically with all members of the Group and all department teams on various projects
Serves as Project Lead as appointed by AHMG Executive Leaders
Monitors and adjusts workflow to ensure all assignments are completed on time and by deadline
Assists in the assessment and evaluation of new processes related to computer systems, clinical documentation, and physician initiatives
Has frequent contact with others. May deal with delicate or controversial issues requiring diplomacy and high degree of tact. Must be able to communicate well with end users. Must always be able to exhibit courtesy and professionalism. May be responsible for communicating with leadership and administrative groups on a regular basis

Responsible for adhering to the Corporate Compliance Plan, to the rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and to the standards of accrediting bodies.

What You Will Need:
Â· Associates degree in Healthcare related field
Â· Licensed Healthcare Professional (RN)
Licensed Healthcare Professional, with at least three years of clinical experience in a health care facility and experience with computerized clinical documentation.
Experience with electronic medical record systems and knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
Experience with Cerner or Epic system and Power Insight Preferred
The Quality Analyst Nurse serves as an analyst to Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG); assisting with the development of process workflows, monitoring metrics/tools, developing policies and procedures, analyzing data, and supporting quality measures. This position is responsible for the implementation, support and monitoring of various physician related initiatives and information systems including the coordination and education of Quality Initiatives for our AHMG Physicians, both inpatient and/or outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have experience in physician practice offices and with electronic medical record systems
