• Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare leadership role.
• Experience and proven track record in areas of State and Federal regulatory compliance for healthcare organizations, business and reimbursement requirements, education and training, the Joint Commission accreditation standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs and electronic documentation systems required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.
• Employee must sign a Business Protection Agreement.
