Tower Health is seeking a System Director of Clinical Quality Management to join our fantastic team. In this exciting career opportunity, you will work closely with clinical and operational leaders and staff to identify and improve all aspects of clinical care delivery.
The System Director of Clinical Quality will lead and facilitate the clinical quality improvement activities of Tower Health. This role involves working collaboratively throughout Tower Health to assist in providing a consistent, comprehensive approach to data collection, analysis and reporting related to clinical quality monitoring and improvement. The System Director assists in the design or redesign of clinical processes to support clinical improvement initiatives, and works closely with clinical staff to identify, resolve, and monitor quality issues.
As a leader in the organization, the System Director supports employee training and education related to improvement tools, methodology and techniques. Interested applicants should be well-versed in using analytic tools and comparative data sources to monitor and evaluate performance, share opportunities for improvement, and assist in the development of standard work to improve clinical quality outcomes. The System Director will work to achieve and maintain the highest standards in care delivered to patients throughout Tower Health.
The ideal candidate for System Director would be a nurse or clinician with leadership experience, strong analytic skills, team facilitation or process improvement training, and the ability to work with others to achieve high-quality and safe patient care. Experience in value-based payment models, commercial payor, and government quality programs is highly desired.
