Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s Department of Quality and Safety is seeking a quality consultant to join their team. The person’s work would focus on our surgical and anesthesia services line. This position will be immersed in patient and employee safety work as well as quality improvement initiatives for these services as well as our growing hospital system.This position proactively identifies and improves quality and patient safety practices by affecting care and processes at the bedside/point of care utilizing project/program management and data driven strategies and interventions. Proficient at change management methodologies including team building and facilitation, will building, and communication strategies, assisting in the coordination and
