Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute is one of the largest in Pennsylvania, performing more than 900 heart surgeries and more than 2,100 combined percutaneous coronary interventions each year at LVH–Cedar Crest, LVH–Muhlenberg and LVH–Pocono. Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute is known for innovative, leading-edge care, and is nationally renowned.
The Director of Quality oversees and implements strategies and processes to improve Heart and Vascular care delivery processes. Additionally, the Director oversees quality policy setting, implementation of quality programs to demonstrably improve outcomes, assumes accountability and responsibility for leading, planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring the quality improvement, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice activities for the Heart and Vascular Institute. The Director is responsible for data collection for purposes of Registry Participation, reporting and benchmarking with a goal to effectively monitor compliance to quality standards and regulations.
We are seeking a dynamic, patient-centered healthcare leader to oversee strategies and processes to improve care delivery and provide leadership around practice operations while instilling the mission, vision, and values of the areas they lead and the Lehigh Valley Health Network.
The ideal candidate will be a strong nurse leader with management experience in quality care processes in service line care.
