  The position focuses on multiple areas including Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Compliance, Maintenance, and Transportation. The position provides leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care services.  The position is responsible for the creation and implementation of the quality improvement plan and programs in collaboration with Camillus Health Concern’s (CHC) Medical Director and Chief Nursing Officer/Operations.      Oversees a corporate wide quality improvement program inclusive of all staff, develops and maintains a written quality improvement plan and annual evaluation of the plan’s effectiveness.
