DescriptionServes as project leader for hospital wide, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance improvement. Collaboratively develops and implements the hospital's performance improvement program and plan. Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental/organizational goals, plans and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the organization.
