POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs (MQRA) supports the mission, goals, and strategic plan of Phoenix Donor Services (PDS), by supporting the Director of Birth Tissue Recovery Services (DBTRS) with the evaluation and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality and performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization.  This includes assisting and managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the quality system and quality assurance as it relates to regulatory compliance, departmental, and organizational strategic goals and processes.  Ensures the collection, completion, maintenance, analysis, and integrity of donor medical records and data collection.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
