Manages the design, deployment, and compliance of all on-going programs, compliance, and accreditation requirements for client partners. Develops and maintains compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards. Develops partnerships with department staff and clients to achieve quality implementation tasks and timelines to support organizational and departmental objectives. Manages project management functions of the department. Functions as the cross-functional liaison among the compliance and audit group(s), business operations leaders, technology groups, business partners, and various project stakeholders to understand, analyze, and facilitate the effective and efficient implementation and execution of key compliance, audit, and accreditation programs.
